Thank you for viewing our AFSCME Local 1902 website. We are a Union that represents the working men and women of Southern California water districts. Our members work an area as far North as the Ventura County border, as far West as the Pacific Coast, as far South to the San Diego County region, and as far East as the Nevada/Arizona border.
We are accountants, designers, electricians, engineers, environmental specialists, inspectors, IT, mechanics, meter technicians, pipelayers, PR specialists, and everyone in between who support the delivery of clean, safe and affordable water to residents and businesses of Southern California.
If you are an employee of a water district that we represent and would like to gain access to "Member only" sections of our website, we ask that you sign up to support your fellow co-workers. Becoming a Union Member is easy - simply download the attached form, fill it out completely, sign & date it, and either mail your completed to our Executive Office or hand it to one of your local representatives (Group/Chapter Officer). Once your membership authorization form has been processed, please follow the steps on our website to sign up for a FREE user account.
